The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was super convenient and close to all but relaxing and quiet, especially when you spend the day walking around all the shops and the tourist attractions. The room very clean and spacious for what Japan room sizes are, not like your typical room sizes back home.. I am definitely going back.. Thank you to the staff..

The bathroom has a huge step from the room level approximately 25cm high. Which is very challenging getting in and out. Would be dangerous to elderly people. Generally the room is acceptable but a little bit pricey for such a small room.

Location is close to the station. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Rooms are abit small but we managed to put our 4 luggages. The only downside , we stayed for 4 night they never change nor fix the bed. I thought , if you stayed for more 3 nights they will change the linen and fix the bed. Anways, all good. It’s location is very convenient.

Hardest hotel to find
It was not the best place to stay. For starters, it was the hardest place to find, it wouldn’t come up on google maps and then when you did find it, it was all the way in the back. The rooms were like a size of a closet. The bathroom was like using one in a RV. There was no space to put your suitcase and they don’t clean your room at all for the entire stay, except to change your towels.
