The basic rooms are small but the property is centrally located in Tokyo and very close to the Higashishinjuku-shinjuku subway station. The breakfast (in the attached Royal Host restaurant) is a little chaotic. If you eat breakfast later rather than earlier, they run out of items like bread and milk. They replenish some of those items, like milk, but not others. There is a good coffee machine, many juices, cold and cold teas, as well as a few breakfast items from which to choose.

Great hotel for our first time in Tokyo! The hotel is located right at a metro station which was super convenient. Rooms are small but that was to be expected. Our toilet didn’t work so they moved us to another room but that toilet seemed to be sensitive too. Would recommend.

Excellent stay at the hotel, great location with a train station is anout a minute away. Away from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku but close enough to walk in around 10 minutes. Staff were really helpful, and the room was very comfortable. All in all a great hotel to stay in.

Great location near Higashi-Shinjuku train station. Wish there was air conditioning in the elevator. The laundry room could use a little regular cleaning because the quality of clientele can vary given the affordable price point. Some tourists smell really bad and do not engage in the best hygiene practices. Although it is a convenient location with a good staff, I think I will stay at a higher priced hotel next time to avoid some of the tourists that stay at places like this.

Nice hotel for a short to medium llength stay
The hotel overall was good for the price, the rooms were a little dated compared to the other 2 hotels i stayed at while i was visiting. The staff did go above and beyond to help me with a food order, i really appreciated that. Front desk doesnt speak as much english as the previous reviews stared, but that doesnt bother me, just a heads up for people who speak 0 japanese.

Nice place to stay for a young couple looking to have fun in shinjuku shibuya. Good quick dining options around the corner like CoCo Curry and lots of convenience stores. Metro entrance just 1 minute walk down the street.
