The carpets were dingy, the walls were all scuffed with luggage marks the room was tiny( that was expected but they could’ve created more room by getting rid of the bulky tv cabinet and added floating shelves to accommodate luggage space. I was not happy with their customer service. We have a nut allergy and most places keep nuts separated, but when we went down and asked which items had nuts in it we realized that nuts were touching other foods or were at risk of being cross contamination (bread, cereals, eggs). As we had not eaten or sat down, we went to reception to ask for a refund. The manager didn’t want to accommodate us nor was he compassionate of the situation. He don’t understand the severity of the allergy. Needless to say we didn’t get a refund for 1890 x2 and we just walked away to have coffee elsewhere.

Hotel room was fine, a little musty, but clean. Decent size rooms considering rooms in Japan are typically small. Helpful service and great location by Roppongi station. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores in walking distance.

Hotel is located in a convenient location near roppongi train station. There were many eateries and cafes in the areas. Staff were polite and pleasant, amenities were not too bad for the price and place was really clean. Overall good value for money

This property had comfortable rooms and it was conveniently located as a Tokyo base for any tourist. Roppongi area seems to have a busy night life yet the hotel has procedures to keep all guests safe. Also, the staff tries to communicate in English if they know you are struggling with Japanese language. The front desk has many amenities for guests to take to their rooms and that was extremely convenient. Thank you so much for a lovely stay Sotetsa Fresa Inn Roppongi. The only thing which seems to be standard in Tokyo is that the rooms could be smaller than what you may be used to yet they are comfortable.

Double is really a full size bed. Does not sleep two adults comfortably because 3 sides touch walls. There’s also not enough room to store two medium suitcases. I had to book an extra room.

It was a clean hotel, close to restaurants and a subway entrance. I liked the little area in the libby where you can get a brush for your hair, a toothbrush just in case you forget, skin care products, you can even borrow a hairdryer. They even have tea. Nothing to really complain about the property other than the rooms are smaller than what I expected but since we didn’t really spend too much time there, it didn’t really matter too much for me.
