I stayed here for 2 weeks this summer. I am actually very impressed by the facility, especially their well trained professional staffs. Peng, paul is a manager who i met during morning buffet. He is really caring and wanting to offer more for a pleasant stay. Me and my daughter had a difficult time adjusting jet lag. He sent up a delicious tray of dessert. We felt so loved and welcomed. Another hotel personals name: chan, hao wen. He literally recognized me and my daughter since day 1. He proactively offered so many assistance with our package and food deliveries. Always respectful, and polite. Our room is spacious for the price we paid. Bed is very comfortable. We were able to have restful sleep every night. We didn’t have any AC issues. The only drawback for me is that there is no ice machine on the floor, i love my drinks cold. I had to call front desk daily to ask for ice deliveries every single time.

AC is not working, especially in triple digits hot summer in Japan. Temperature for the AC in the room cannot be adjusted, it’s set to certain temperature by the hotel and the room never gets cold.

The air conditioning system is very poor in room 811, no cold air come out. During the very hot summer, it is not acceptable. Although the front desk gave us the fan immediately, but there was still very hot in the room.

Very close to the train station. Next time, we would get a bigger room, as it was very tight with the three of us, even if our child is considered elementary age and can sleep with his parents. It was impossible to sleep. But that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. Clean, good amenities. Super cold with no ability to configure the temperature (it was super hot outside but we were rained on, so it felt even more cold in the room), but I saw that information before booking. The location is… okay as long as you can’t understand Japanese and read the signs for the surrounding businesses.

Great business hotel
Great stay for a business trip. Breakfast was good, although the menu was exactly the same every morning. It would have been nice to have some variety after my 3rd night there. Overall great and would stay again.

The hotel is average and they can do better on the cleaning parts. The side of the bathtub should be cleaned more thoroughly and the chair in the room is disgustingly dirty to the point that I have to put a towel on top of it before use. The good thing is the receptionists there were very nice and very welcoming.
