Solid hotel with fantastic service
Fantastic service. Especially the porters who were super helpful. The rooms are starting to feel dated compared to other luxury accommodations, but it's still very solid and better than average. Great water pressure, really hot water. Decent sized rooms. Great location. I think the only real downside is that rooms are a little dark.

Fantastic view and location - close to metro and walking distance to great areas. Much quieter than Shibuya/Shinjuku, easier to navigate than Ginza and Nihonbashi. We liked it so much we switched our final stay in Tokyo at the end of our trip back to this hotel.
