This hotel looks very different than the photos, the room smelled like old feet, it was dated and even the walls were dirty. The worst part was the air conditioner had constant water pouring from it causing the entire floor and carpet to be wet.

Amazing hotel!
Check in and out was so smooth! We absolutely loved this hotel. The washer/dryer was so convenient and easy to use! The space isn’t large, but we knew that going into it. We only had backpacks, but it would be difficult opening up multiple suitcases at a time. The bathroom was very nice and clean. They also provided umbrellas for when it was raining. The staff was nice and it was a great place to stay!

If you want to stay in Shinjuku, this hotel is great. Rooms are standard sized, but clean and well looked after. The location is in Shinjuku sanchome3 and the main Shinjuku station is a quick walk away. Free coffee machine in the foyer was very handy, especially for iced coffee after a day outside in the blazing Tokyo heat. There are heaps of restaurants and nightlife nearby and heaps of locals around. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing stay here!! This is prime location if you like nightlife, shopping , dining etc. the hotel is in the heart of everything, and very close to subways. I also loved that the hotel room had a washer/dryer combo! Overall I will be staying here again.

EXCELLENT Place to Stay
It was a GREAT place to stay. Very friendly staff and in the heart of Shinjuku. Easy to navigate around the city. The "limited housekeeping" was a little unusual for me, but I appreciate the eco-friendly approach and I didn't need housekeeping for the 3 night stay anyways.
