The location of the hotel is great. 2 minutes walking to the nearest subway, lots of shopping and restaurants around and overall a nice vibe. The staff was ver nice
The room was very small and the price for Shinjuku was fair.
Was a great location great staff always lovely and helpful. Nice little room the only thing wrong was the aircon didn’t work . But we also didn’t complain about it either so it probably could’ve been fix it we did but only had 3 nights and still really enjoyed our stay. End of October great time to visit so convenient. Will recommend it to friends and family
The location is very convenient, minutes walk to subway stations. Lots of places to visit and eat at this area. Staff is friendly. Room is pretty in this area. Will definitely consider next time staying at Shinjuku.
Perfect location for my first time visiting Tokyo. Conveniently close to all the trains. Lots of restaurants, Izakayas and konbinis near by. Would definitely go here again. All the staff were incredibly polite and helpful.
Central location to shopping district in Shinjuku. Easily walkable to stores. Staff was helpful in helping get my luggage transported to Kyoto.

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
I thought the property was in a great location close to Shinjuku station and felt very safe. It’s a lot less busy than out towards the Godzilla statue which is a nice break from the crowds. However the rooms are about the size of an interior cabin on a cruise ship (maybe even a bit smaller than that). The walls have a lot of marks on them making the interior look cheap, dirty and dated. However the actual room was clean. The bed was okay and overall for just a couple nights it did the trick.
I do wish they would turn on the A/C before checking in because we walked into a tiny hot room and it felt overwhelming at first. Once we got the A/C turned up it was okay.
There’s a 7/11 and a Starbucks about a 2 min walk away and it’s right across from a family mart for late night snacks and drinks.
There’s vending machines inside the hotel lobby and water only costs about $1 and they have free coffee in the lobby. They also keep all amenities in the lobby by the elevator so if you need anything specific you can grab it on your way up.
The staff are incredibly nice and they held our luggage for us all day before we checked in.
It a convenient place to go any other places. Near underground, and many restro options if you walk 10min. We stayed 8 nights, only 1 day for whole room clean, other days only with minimum clean.
Amazing! This is our second time at this location and we love it. Great dinning all around, easy transportation and lively night life. We will be back again.
Even though the room is compact you have everything you need and it’s very comfortable. I was worried about city noise as I’m a light sleeper but I couldn’t hear a thing.
This hotel looks very different than the photos, the room smelled like old feet, it was dated and even the walls were dirty. The worst part was the air conditioner had constant water pouring from it causing the entire floor and carpet to be wet.
