It’s not the cleanest or fanciest place to stay, but you get what you pay for this is reasonably priced and it’s in the middle of all of the action. I would absolutely stay here again just so that I could be close to everything that I wanna be.

Decent place.
The hotel staff was fluent in English. The rooms were not too clean as there were definitely stains on the walls. Overall it wasn’t a bad place because of location. Will consider coming back here next time.

Solid stat
Great location! Small room but I’ve seen smaller in Tokyo. Room had fridge, safe, and washer/dryer combo. The washer came in handy for a longer stay, and because smoking is still allowed in some bars and restaurants. Bathroom was surprisingly spacious, and clean. Quiet room. If you stay less than a week, room service includes only garbage pickup and new towels.

Great hotel in a fabulous position.
In line with many hotels in Japan the room was very compact but actually had everything you needed (apart from an iron) The bed was comfy, the shower was hot and powerful and they had a fabulous deep Japanese style bath. I did think at first it was odd having a washing machine in the room but actually it proved useful as I popped a few clothes in before we headed out and they were dry when we returned. Cut down my washing when I arrived home. The reception staff were very friendly and plenty of umbrellas to borrow, useful as we experienced a few wet days. The hotel itself was near to a host of gay bars and lots of little restaurants. My only criticism of the hotel that the bedroom walls could do with a bit of a refresh, there were quite a few marks/stains on the pale coloured walls

The location of the hotel is great. 2 minutes walking to the nearest subway, lots of shopping and restaurants around and overall a nice vibe. The staff was ver nice The room was very small and the price for Shinjuku was fair.
