Friendly and helpful staff, room is great and clean, breakfast average, not really closed to convenience store, found it difficult when got off Camacho station. Once you know it's next to the park. That is easy.

Enjoyed our stay here. The free breakfast was delicious and filling. The hotel isn't super fancy but is perfect if you just need a good night sleep for your trip. The bed is not bad but the pillows are a bit uncomfortable. Towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner plus additional amenities are available as well as shuttle service to Tokyo Station and laundry. Staff is friendly and check-in/out was smooth. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful, quiet location for family stay
The service was excellent! Check-in was quick and easy. The room was very clean and had everything one would need (including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash). The room is a bit smaller than a typical U.S. hotel room and we had our family of 4 in the room, so it was a little tight, but we would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was great and it is right across the street from a park. There are 24-hour grocery stores, restaurants, and a Toei subway stop in very easy walking distance. It is a quiet, safe neighborhood, and we really enjoyed staying here. We stayed for 4 nights on a family vacation and would definitely recommend it!
