Welcome to the Uptown Bungalow, a lovingly maintained and restored bungalow style home built in the early 1900s. With a convenient location in the heart of uptown Perrysburg, you’ll enjoy a short walk to the vibrant local shopping and dining of Louisiana Avenue.

If You’re Staying, Check Out: the weekly summer farmers market, Fort Meigs, the Toledo Museum of Art, and the many beautiful metroparks and preserves.

Walking Uptown? Stop by Stella’s, Swig, Zingos, Lupitas or 5th St Pub.

The Uptown Bungalow is located in the residential district of uptown Perrysburg. The first floor contains the living room, eat-in kitchen with dining area, and a south facing sun room.

The recently renovated kitchen is well appointed and includes a reverse osmosis water filtration system, Keurig style coffee maker, hot water kettle, griddle, Ninja air fryer and toaster, as well as a full set of pots and pans, baking sheets and kitchen utensils.

All three bedrooms can be found on the second story, along with two of the three bathrooms. The third finished bathroom is located in the basement, adjacent to the laundry area.

For guests traveling with children, our 3rd bedroom (full bed with pull-out twin trundle) will comfortably accommodate three, allowing the house to accommodate a total of 7 guests.
No parties, please. Please declare all pets on the reservation. We ask guests with pets to clean up waste in the yard daily. Cleanup of any waste left after checkout will incur an additional $50 fee. Please refrain from using the fireplace. The house is old and this is the number one cause of house fires. NO SMOKING of ANY kind in the home. Quiet hours are from 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekends. No fireworks. No tampering with security cameras. Please adhere to the stated number of guests. No unaccompanied minors. Failure to abide by any of the above may result in loss of security deposit or cancellation and forfeiture of payment for the entire stay. We appreciate your consideration.

Great home and location
Quick weekend trip to visit Toledo. Perrysburg is a cool little town with plenty of places to eat and tons of charm. Toledo is a great city to spend the day. House has tons of vintage charm. It was extremely clean, probably the cleanest we’ve ever been in. Beds were really comfortable. Location is great as it’s close enough to walk to downtown and the river. Hosts were always available. Definitely 5 stars.

Beautiful place. Inside and out. Few of us Had a little trouble going upstairs to use the bathroom , since we’re elderly. The bed was extremely comfortable, slep good. Liked having coffee and food available. Very clean and cool.

A great stay in Perrysburg!
We had a fantastic weekend in Perrysburg and this place place was perfect! Great location near downtown main street (walking distance), which we took advantage of to see the river walk, shops and had a great dinner on the patio at Rosaria's. We were in town to visit with relatives in Maumee and Perrysburg area as well as Sylvania and were able to get around to a number locations with ease, including Tony Packo's! Minor Wi-Fi issue and I don't even use it as a negative with available hot-spot with phones to cover when needed, and there wasn't much sitting around anyways. If you're coming to town stay here! I know my on my next visit to Toledo, I for sure will!

Very Well Maintained
The Blue Bungalow is a beautiful, very well maintained older home in central Perrysburg. It is centrally located between Toledo and Bowling Green. The home was exceptionally clean and the check-in and check-out instruction were very clear. I only gave 4 stars for the listing because it is listed as a 3 bed, 3 bath, which is accurate. However, one of the bathrooms is in the basement, my husband found it by accident while looking for the washer/dryer.

Attending the National Tractor Pull in Bowling Green Ohio.
Nice property, good location. Kitchen was nice for breakfast before we left for the day. Only problem was we didn't have the entry code when we arrived. Owner had send this information to vrbo but they hadn't forwarded it. Owner was very helpful once we could get in contact with him. Would stay there again.

The Little Blue House was great
Joshua was a great host and super responsive. The Little Blue House had everything you need for a stay away from home. It was super clean, well decorated, and the beds were comfortable. Minor note that does not affect my 5 star rating but should be noted... the stairs leading to the bathrooms and bedrooms are small and steep and may be difficult maneuvering for someone with physical limitations. Our family had a great stay and would rent again!

This place was perfect for our full week trip to Ohio. Located very close to downtown perrysburg to enjoy the restaurants and fun. The beds were probably the best we’ve ever stayed at while traveling. Slept great every night. Awesome kitchen for cooking as well.
