Quietly nestled amongst the trees on a sunny hillside outside the village of Gorenja Trebuša, this modern chalet-style getaway is the perfect retreat for groups of family and friends seeking complete tranquillity. Arranged over two floors the property comfortably sleeps five guests and is ideally set up for outside living with a small balcony, a plunge pool and a private garden with a BBQ and an outside dining area.

Inside guests can relax in the living room which is furnished practically with a dining table and chairs, a single day bed and a digital flat-screen TV. The separate kitchen is equipped with; a coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

Location

The property is located a 9-minute drive from the small village of Gorenja Trebuša, in the Primorska region of western Slovenia. The village is situated amidst the picturesque Julian Alps and is home to several traditional Slovenian houses and historic landmarks including the beautiful Church of St. Martin, which features 15th century frescoes. The surrounding countryside is known for its diverse flora and fauna and offers opportunities for hiking, cycling and fishing. The region is also a haven for wildlife enthusiasts and birdwatchers. The closest restaurant to the accommodation is a one-minute drive or a 15-minute walk away.

The Soca Valley is a 40-minute drive away and provides opportunities for whitewater rafting, kayaking and fishing in the emerald-green Soca River. Here visitors can also explore Napoleon Bridge (Napoleonov most) the historic stone bridge that spans the river near the town of Kobarid.

The closest international airport is Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport (LJU) approximately a one-hour, 29-minute drive away. Please note that the pool is open from the 20th of May 2025 to the 15th of September 2025
