El hotel esta limpio, es familiar, muy cómodas habitaciones y muy amplias, mi único detalle es que el restaurante es muy lento, pero podría ser que eso solo paso ese día. En general muy buen hotel

Se les pidió la factura del hospedaje y se rehusaron. Comentaron que hoteles.com se hacía responsable de eso. Todos los usuarios sabemos que no es así y quien nos factura es el hotel directamente. Sin embargo ellos se negaron a facturar.

El servicio en general es bueno, sobre todo en el restaurante, sin embargo en las instalaciones la caja de seguridad no funcionaba, se reportó y aun al salir no se arregló. el piso del baño es resbaladizo y no hay ni un pasamanos o un tapete para contrarrestar el riesgo de resbalar. No hay iluminación en el área del closet. En el área de recepción se siente algo "fría" le falta algo de decoración. El aroma del jabón-shampo del baño parece de hospital.Gracias por permitirnos opinar.

Es más un hotel "por horas", no hay ganchos, ni cobijas, la luz es insuficiente y muy muy pálida. Creo que bien para ir por horas o solo a dormir, pero no para una estancia de días

Buena ubicación, hotel aceptable, sin embargo la información era falsa respecto a las amenidades, ya que el cuarto no cuenta con placha/tabla dentro de la habitación, hay que solicitarla y es una tabla muy pequeña e incomoda. La tarifa cobrada por hoteles.com fue mayor que la ofrecida por el hotel en reservación directa y al solicitar factura de mi estancia el hotel no me la proporcionó por ser por medio de hoteles.com y hoteles.com solo proporciona recibo por ser empresa fuera de Mexico. Es la primera vez que batallo para solicitar factura por ser viaje de negocio si es un gran problema para mi.
