Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Verify the location of the room in the building: some have better view than others, ours with balcony was very noisy during weekends. Others get sunny sunset that is amazing.
Perfectly located. Clean and nicely decorated . Very friendly staff. Quite noisy during weekend nights but worth the balcony option overlooking the street.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service
Unfriendly front desk clerk, unwilling to help.
The website says that the price includes breakfast. It does not. There is a restaurant in the hotel that was never open the whole time we were there. The lady who checked us in seemed to be bothered that we had actually shown up since the room was pre paid. She did not want to offer extra towels. She said the front door closes at 10 PM and we would not be allowed back in the hotel if we arrived after 10 PM, even though the watch man said there is someone willing to open up for guests 24 hours a day.
There was plenty of hot water which was nice after a long hike in the butterfly sanctuary.
The hotel is not in good conditions, the water in the room wasn’t working, the staff was not helpful at all in this matter and there was no hot water for the two night. TERRIBLE
Very lovely hotel. Quiet, and even amidst the pandemic, we found it clean and well taken care of. We seemed to be the only guests, but the town was still busy and there was a lot to see and do (and eat!). We booked the king size bed and found it to be comfortable and spacious, as well as the room, which had a great view. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and look to book here again.
This hotel is nicer than it looks in the photos, very pretty and lots of character. We were given the room in front with a balcony overlooking the street and I was concerned about noise at night, but it was quiet enough. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, they kept our bags after check out while we went on a butterfly tour.
When we were here the restaurant was closed but there are lots of places to eat nearby. The town of Valle de Bravo is very pretty and we walked around, getting down to the lake in about 10 minutes. The cobblestone streets are a little rough, wear good shoes.
Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly accommodating. Location was near tons of great restaurants and bars. The recommendations we received from the staff were great. All in all a great value in Valle.
