Consistently Clean and Tidy
This is our second stay at this location and everything is absolutely wonderful. We notices how clean and tidy everything is and iit is well stocked with the basics you will need. I really appreciate the new electric tea kettle as that made things easier for both of us. The bed is very comfortable and my wife really appreciates the well organized laundry area. Stay here and you won't regret it. The owner is very reponsive as I had a small issue with the front door lock and the app but she resolved it quickly.

Loved the location...just 3 blocks from Honour Coffee and Saha yoga... Somehow I couldn't work out that the 2nd bath was back around the living room, not that big of a deal. But, that shower needs a better showerhead, preferably a handheld. The middle bedroom desperately needs a ceiling fan. The back bedroom requires the thermostat to be set to 65 to make it moderately cooomfortable back there---balance the system? Also needs something to hang clothes on/in---like a small covered rolling rack. Family of armadillos came out to 'play' when the gardners showed up!

Excellent Home Away from Home
My wife and I make many trips to the Houston area and try to stay in Tomball when we can. Of all the VRBO's we have stayed at this is by far the best one. The owners have done an excellent job in remodeling an older home into a clean and comfortable place to stay. Everything about this stay was excellent. Usually I can find a couple of things that were not right or missing to make me comfortable but the owners have covered this well. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen is up to date and well laid out, bathrooms are great and showers nicely done with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Location is great for quiet and easy access to resturants and the downtown area, really walking distance. While we there a storm blew through and left leaves and small branches on the driveway and front porch and the next day someone came by and cleaned it all up. Yard crew came and cut the lawn one day and so overall the outside is as well taken care of as the inside. WiFi is excellent and once I installed the front door lock app it worked well to give us access. Summary: You will not find a better place to stay in Tomball and the price is competitive to the others of similar size. This place is extremely clean and well furnished so I highly recommend staying here when in the Houston area, this will be our default from now on.

We were in town for a few days for business and pleasure and this house was the perfect fit for both. The house had everything we needed and the bed was super comfy. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything fun in downtown Tomball.

Our stay at this house was absolutely perfect. Our family had a meeting and some business to attend to in Houston, and the location and size of the property were exactly what we needed. The house was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we required for a comfortable stay. What impressed us the most was the care and attention to detail that was evident in every space. Every aspect of the house, from the furnishings to the decor, was well thought out and beautifully executed. The proximity to downtown and local restaurants was also a huge plus, making it easy for us to explore the city during our downtime. Nearly Five Star
The house was clean with nice amenities and stocked with gracious supplies. The beds are comfy, parking great, neighborhood peaceful. With all of that, there were some negative aspects to our stay: mainly the back bedroom was very HOT (even when the air was turned down to 68, it was unbearably hot during the day in that bedroom); next the water in the showers is also very hot (my toddler could not handle it at all); lastly there are Velvet Ants in the yard (I know this is Texas and they are a part of nature just think that maybe a mention of their significance to potential guests who are not familiar with them is warranted). Otherwise, the house is great!

This sweet little cottage is in a shady neighborhood of towering trees right off of Main Street in Tomball, Texas, which turned out to be a great place for our weekend in Metro Houston. Renee is a wonderful host and communication was easy and very friendly.

Beautiful and Comfortable Cottage close to Old Town Tomball
The cottage is perfect for a family of four or 2 couples including their fur babies. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It feels homey, airy, beautifully updated and decorated, and very clean. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms and kitchen are well stocked, and the couch is very comfortable. It is also close to downtown which makes its location ideal. Highly recommended!

The home is conveniently located just blocks from antique stores, boutiques, and restaurants in Tomball. It’s only a five minute drive to larger stores and chain restaurants. A smartphone app easily locks/unlocks the door, where the home has everything needed for a few days or weeks away from home. Everything is clean and in excellent condition. There’s plenty of space for at least four people. Solid surface floors mean no chance to dirty or soil carpeting. Large screen TV and ceiling fans, dishes, pots/pans, microwave, etc. makes for a pleasant, convenient stay. The neighborhood is quiet and there’s plenty of space in the lot to get out and get some fresh air. Outside lights make driving up and taking the dog for a walk feel secure. Our stay was definitely relaxing and a good value! Thank you for having us as guests, Renee!
