Hotel looks beautiful, central to cafes and shops. Family room wasn’t really family friendly just 2 bedrooms, no kitchenette or sink to wash up bottles or space for kids to enjoy. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable though. Would stay here without kids.

We really enjoyed our stay at Burke and Wills Toowoomba and would stay there again….the 6th floor was very quiet the room met our expectations and was very clean and comfortable….the staff were friendly and nice…parking was great at no cost.
