Pleasant stay. Centrally located to a number of fine eateries. Limited on street free parking in area. Staff friendly. Tiny balcony overlooking pub next doors smoking area.
A great hotel with super friendly staff, a "can do" manager who even dealt successfully with cooing pigeons (!) and a super big and modern room - can't fault it really.
Really nice and modern. Rooms were good size (we booked a 3 bedroom one).
Very happy with amenities and bedding, nice a comfy. Only thing we found a bit annoying was the music from down below at The Rocks Bar. Bit noisy but finished at 11pm so that was good.
The room we had was lovely, modern and clean with nice views across the city. I had requested a quiet room and was given a room on the 5th floor but unfortunately the restaurant/bar that is downstairs was extremely noisy until nearly midnight. What would have been a lovely stay was ruined by lack of sleep.
While the property is very well managed, I was surprised to find out at check in that a surcharge would be applied because I was paying with a Visa card. In addition I found that there was a $15.00 charge per night for parking. Neither of these policies were clearly explained in the on line information about the hotel.

The parking fee should not have costs people staying at the hotel. The hotel should have complimentary bottled water in our stay. The king bed was hard as and went home very disillusion about our stay.
