Ideally situated a four-minute walk from the golden sands of Toowoon Bay Beach and steps to the nearby village hub ⁠— we love Flour & Co's coffee ⁠— and nature walks, this cosy cottage is the ultimate Central Coast getaway. Air-conditioned throughout for year-round comfort, enjoy light and airy open-plan living and elegant furnishings while you spend an afternoon relaxing before cooking up some local produce and dining alfresco on the deck, nestled in the private garden.
This cosy, single-level stay provides a tranquil base while you explore the Central Coast's seaside neighbourhood gems of Shelly Beach, Long Jetty and Bateau Bay to name a few.

Guests can enjoy a light-filled living and dining space with a fresh and inviting colour scheme, complete with a comfy sofa and armchair to kick back and relax with loved ones. When you're not sampling the local cafes and eateries, cook up meals in the well-equipped kitchen, enjoy a casual bite at the four-seater table or head outside, where a tranquil dining area offers a deck and BBQ nestled amidst the private, leafy garden.

Two spacious and serene bedrooms sleep four guests, both featuring a queen-size bed, mirrored built-ins and a ceiling fan. A bright and contemporary bathroom offers all the essentials – soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer – as well as a walk-in shower.

Additional conveniences include Wi-Fi, split-system air-conditioning, and a washing machine. There is also on-street free parking.

Perfect location
We stayed at this property for the annual Toowoon Bay ocean swim and it was a great spot due to the location being walking distance to the beach. Self contained so it was easy to make meals with even some provision of basic long life goods (tinned foods/spices) which we didn’t use but great to be on offer. The house is small but just what is required, 2 bedrooms, a small kitchen, bathroom with laundry facilities, dining and lounge with an outdoor seating area. It was very clean and modern, felt great to return after spending hours on the sand at the beach. Contact with the host was easy after receiving the initial message a day prior to checkin. Would recommend.

Well designed small house with a lovely garden for sitting and dining. The location is perfect for walking the Coast to Lake walk and visiting nearby beaches and cafes.

Lovely family getaway with our pooch
It was a lovely family getaway. It was walking distance to so many places and our dog loved Shelly Beach. The place was clean and tidy and would recommend this to anyone looking to escape the city.

Lovely part of the world in a house that has all you need
A really clean and delightful little house that felt roomy. Near beaches for humans and out dogs - lovely shops and generally a good spot. The house has everything you need and was very clean and allowed without much fuss dogs. We got a warning the day before that AusGrid would be doing work and there would a power outage so we appreciate the honesty and communication.
