Our room was clean and the staff was helpful. The breakfast area was well prepared and the lady worked hard to keep it all clean. However, with vinyl flooring the rooms were loud and echoed. The wall were thin and we were able to hear the activities of our neighbors at all hours of the night.

The Manager of the hotel canceled my stay without letting me know an probably wasn’t gonna refund me my money until I called customer service for hotel.com to get it figured out.
