The room, bedding, and bathroom were VERY clean, and the staff were very pleasant and welcoming! The property needs some repairs, but it was in a very convenient location, and the room was quiet and comfortable. I would stay there again!

Motel well maintained from a daily cleanliness perspective, but terribly maintained from a facility/updating perspective. Shower rod falling off the wall, ancient decor/interiors, heard animals in the ceiling. Very unlikely to ever consider staying here again even if desperate.

This is not a great place, or even a decent place. The building itself is pretty broken down and many of the issues are just painted over. The door on the room was not well fit, you could see light around 2 sides and there was a draft. The heat emitted a smell. Most of the furniture needs replaced: The desk was missing finish and was chipped. The couch was old, stained, and coming apart is spots. There was a broken towel bar and a lamp that did not work and looked to be a bit of a hazard. The bathroom door did not shut all of the way. This is a property that needs to be completed renovated or knocked down. I had to stay there because there was nothing else open in town. I should have stayed in Topeka or KC.

I checked in after dark, walked into the room and flicked to switch and nothing. I had to feel around in the dark looking for a table lamp to turn on. The staff had decided that the lamp needed to be on the right side of the bed, but the outlet connected to the switch was on the left. I had to move the light and stand and it still felt like a cave

Staff at check-in was friendly. Room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The only real issue we had was the smoky and musty smell in the room. We kept the window open for a good amount of time due to allergies/sinuses. It smelled like a room that had previously been smoked in at some point. The chair in the room was in poor condition. Fabrics and wallpaper in the room really need to be changed to get rid of that smell.

Got a Jacuzzi suite and tile around it was outdated ,tv didn't work and there was a couple having sex above us and kept us up all night. I made noises back... But it was clean and affordable. I was refunded 23$ for non working tv but it would have been nice to have something to drown out the effing couple upstairs. I need a full refund or a free night.

We paid for a night and left for a little while when we got back there were magits crawling on our floor when we contacted the desk the guy said we did it and then trues past us from the property.
