Excellent value for price, clear directions, friendly and responsive staff, suite was exactly as advertised, very organized. I’m fine with the cupboards showing some wear and tear for the amazing price to stay so centrally located, no different than at home! . My only advice:Bring your own facecloths if it’s a must have for you, they only have towels! Would recommend and would come back when in Toronto.

The surrounding area was great! Nice neighborhood. There was a lot of messaging from the property ahead of time which was kind of hectic since I did not expect to keep on getting messages from them. Early check in will be for a fee and for them to keep your bag will be also a fee. For me, that is a downside as it feels like the property is not flexible. The property was nice, however the door handle to the room is wobbly and loose, probably needs to be changed. The washroom has mildew, which is kind of dirty. The bed room does not have dark blinds and the floors need a touch up, the floor boards were not connecting. I think the place is not bad, but downside is cleanliness and also the property is lot flexible to their guests’ travel arrangements.

The building itself is nice and is in a ritzy area. Overall the communication was decent. The view from the suite was nice. I wish the property condition of the suite itself was nicer. The kitchen faucet was loose, the master bathroom fan turned on and off all day, the laminate floor boards were loose by the chair, and both bathrooms had water damage on the baseboards. This brought my rating down as the place was also not cheap to book. We contacted the manager(s) three times during our stay. 1) for more toilet paper ( there were 4 adults in the suite) and only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 days. 2) to bring the toilet paper that wasn’t brought to us. 3) to borrow a mop due to a spill. The mop never came. Definitely some areas to improve on.

Great location in the heart of Yorkville. Short walking distance to numerous restaurants, attractions, and subway. The suite is modern, more functional than fancy, but has everything you need. Just be aware that this is not a hotel and is more akin to an ABnB setup.

Place is near public transportation at Subway Bay station it is in a high end shopping center mall. only thing I didn't like it is get noise at night time from passing cars, no open windows to get fresh air. Air conditioning was not working. There is a Clear Glass divider between the kitchen and bed area this is hazardous as when the lights is turned off you can easy walk into the glass and cause an accident. I recommend the owners to remove that glass divider to avoid this. Also if you are not providing the laundry room, please remove your laundry from your adveritising. overall great experience. Thank you!!

Overall the suite was nice. It was a bit dated and slightly run down. Towels were thin and one ripped along a seam due to it's age. Trying to figure out the parking when you first arrive is a bit crazy. When I arrived at the location specified the building security didn't know where or who I was to talk to. I paid for parking separately to unload my bags even though I had parking included in the stay. The communication is extensive. The only other thing I would suggest is although daily cleaning is not included I think it would be a nice touch to supply a couple coffee pods and waters each day.
