Most of the stay was great. It was at the end where most of the problems were. We had to check out a night early Because of an emergency, so they didn’t give us the bill, or refund that day since we had paid in full for 2 nights and they couldn’t refund the room for the night but they also wouldn’t give back the deposit. I still have not received my bill nor my deposit and I have called multiple times.

The property had easy access off the main highway and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would suggest that a ramp be inserted to assist those with walkers etc. The room was updated and clean and comfortable. The Sheraton had a lovely restaurant

I cannot really review the Best Western technically as when I went to check in I was told my room was upgraded to the Sheraton side of the hotel. So my stay was in the Sheraton portion (attached) which was fantastic. Staff in both reception areas were amazing and very helpful.
