We love the outdoor pool area. Great customer service. Rooms have nothing special but they are clean and there is enough room for 4. Corridor was a bi noisy at times. This is the only small negative note I have.

Great service and great staff. The only issue i faced is the hotel accessible entrance closes at 11:00 PM and the only accessible way is through the Sheraton which is connected to the hotel but it a long walk for someone with a disability.

We travelled to the Toronto area with family to visit Canada's Wonderland but didn't want to spend a fortune to stay as close as possible. This hotel was about a half hour drive to Canada's Wonderland but worth it in my option. We did not explore the area much to see what was around and available close by. Staff at check in was very kind and we were even given a bottle of water and our daughter got a giant freezie. Our rooms was very nice, modern and comfortable; bathroom was large with a walk in shower and we were upgraded to a balcony room which is great to use to hang your swim stuff after the pool. The pool area is shared with a fitness/racket club but it did not feel like you were unwelcome; most of the people using the pool area were from the hotel. The outdoor pool is heated and feels like you are at a mini resort minus the pina coladas! Overall this was a very nice hotel and I would return again!

We were happy with the hotel itself. A few things was restaurants being near by (walking distance) there weren’t any. Hotel restaurant wasn’t very good.we had buffet breakfast, good, but felt rushed, still eating first dish and brought my chec, went up for second they were cleaning table. Refrigerator in room froze a 6-0k of Diet Pepsi, 4 gator aids, strawberries and jelly. Never even offered reimbursement.
