The front staff were friendly and great. The Manager at around 5pm Wed Oct.2 was not. I politely asked the front desk if it was okay if to grab one of the pool chairs and sit right outside the door in the sun while I worked. They went to check with manager and came back and said he said no. I found my rejected request odd as most people would if just done so without even asking. So I requested to speak with him to understand why this was such a tough request. He started to explain that he isn’t allowed because tge germs and viruses can be transferred to the pool area. I chuckled and said you’re not serious are you. He then changed his story to bugs and how they would get all over the chair and infest the pool. I again said you can’t be serious. He then elaborated how they need to spray all the chairs so there are no bugs. ( If you are concerned then why not do that after I use the chair. He repeated no the chair can’t go outside. In the end he suggested a bench that was outside. I did check it out and it was in the shade with bird fece’s on it. The manager should just find a career outside of the hospitality industry. I have never stayed anywhere that a hotel was so unaccommodating. I could only imagine if I had asked for a real favour. I would never stay or recommend this hotel under this persons care, as he doesn’t care at all about his guests. There is nothing in the area that would draw someone to stay again at this hotel, especially the hospitality.

We tried our best to make guest understand that, pool area chairs are not allowed to take out side on the grass beside parking lot area. Due to safety from bugs and insects and germs we do not allow any inside amenities to take out side as per hotel policy. I handled that issue with guest very politely with professionally. But guest was so rude to me with bad mouth. We apologize for the inconveniences.Sincerely,Mohammed.

Except from a dirty toilet seat on arrival and the bed that was kind of hurting my back. Everything else was good, Friendly staff and good breakfast.
