We went on a trip for my parents’ 50th anniversary and stayed 3 nights. It was a beautiful hotel and service was great. Everyone catered to us and were so pleasant. The hotel is very trendy and luxurious but for us, maybe a bit too eccentric and modern. The hotel next door had loud music banging through the walls our last night which was a hassle. We’d probably stay somewhere else next time but for the young, fast crowd it’s a great place.

Beautiful rooms, ours was very quiet. Rooftop pool and restaurant are stunning. Excellent location in the city. Valet parking was very convenient. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Would stay here again, thanks for a wonderful stay !

Love this place!
This was my second time staying at Bisha. I had a great experience the first time so I knew what to expect on my next visit. Even though it was a couple years since I last visited, I still felt the same amazing vibes as soon as we entered the hotel. It smells great, the checkin staff were wonderful and welcoming, our room was modern and comfortable, and we had a great relaxing sleep. The morning of checkout we decided to go to Kost for breakfast as I remembered it was good the last time, and this time it again, did not disappoint. Beautiful views, clean space, and delicious brunch with excellent staff. Thank you for another great experience, we cannot wait to come back!

The property is beautiful. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you are welcomed to Toronto. It’s in a very centralized location close to restaurants, activities and night life! The rooftop restaurant is delicious for brunch and Mister C’s is great for an after 9:00pm drinks and party scene. Had an exceptional experience at my check-in. Maria was warm and friendly and got a room to us earlier than expected, we arrived a bit early. Every morning, she and Sam greeted us and we looked forward to seeing them to start our day! I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toronto.
