Located in a very convenient area for eating and dining out in downtown. A bit of a walk to and from union station though, but can’t complain! Stay were nice and friendly, and helped with questions.

It was good however found the cafeteria very expensive. The self checkout card to be completed upon checkout should be included in the envelope when the key is handed to the client (preferred by me) or be added to the key envelope to save time or a bigger sign to indicate one needs to be completed.

The curtains in our room were covered in stains & the balcony was covered in pigeon poop and cigarette butts. Other than that the room was clean. Also, the restaurants need vegan options. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We liked the fitness facility and the staff was always helpful. Had to request that soaps in shower be filled and the tv service was spotty. We had to move rooms on our last night due to potential for a flood on the floor. Not convenient, but our second room was a lot quieter than our initial room. We appreciated that our room(s) were upgraded without our asking. Assistance was kindly provided to move our belongings to the second room. The hotel is conveniently located in the city with access to everything that a visitor might want. Would stay again, but would request a room facing Elm Street not Gerrard Street.

My room was very dirty Lobby was dirty Couldn’t get a receipt I was told it wasn’t available when I paid for my dogs stay and parking. Overpriced for outdated and dirty room.
