My daughter and I travelled for the Taylor Swift concert. They accommodated our early check-in. The staff are very friendly and they went above and beyond to make everyone’s stay enjoyable. They had many fun activities for all the guests going to the Eras Tour. Every guests had a smile on their faces and the environment was just very positive.

Loved the staff, they were very helpful! Didn’t love the bedding, the duvet was very thin and lumpy…other than that the room was good, bathroom had great lighting. I do wish there was more space to put up our suitcases.
