no respect for my wife , when she was asking something , the man was wearing a tulband and disrespect my wife who was asking about the breakfast , what was VERY bad , in a paper bag , i wouldn't give that to school with my kids very bad hotel It looks fine , but the people were smoking and drinking in th halway not okee

The room was well kept but there was a very strong perfume smell in the entire building and the rugs were lifting which caused a tripping hazard. The bathroom had a standing shower and we would have preferred a bath tub as we have children. They also advertise a pool, a gym and free breakfast but failed to tell us upon check in that these amenities are no longer available. We did received a pre packaged breakfast in a brown bag that was all preserved food (pre cooked store bought microwaveable items) and some of the food in the bag was expired.

Horrible experience. Place was dirty and room was uncomfortable. Door would barely shut. Overall experience was just not worth the price. I had to scrub the jacuzzi and clean it with my own cleaning products.

Hotel was nice and clean however the air freshener they use it the room was so strong gave me a headache. Customer service is horrible they don’t greet you, literally on their cellphones when you walk up them they won’t acknowledge you and continue to be on the phone.
