Getting around
Situated 5 minutes from the major Gardiner highway, you'll enjoy swift 10-15-minute connections to the Pearson Airport, and 20 minutes to downtown Toronto
Steps away from The Queensway, you'll have quick access to local transit, including TTC buses and GO transit. A mere 10-minute stroll lands you at No Frills and Costco Grocery stores, as well as gas stations. Downtown Toronto is within a 30-minute TTC ride or a 20-minute car journey.
Additionally, the serene Lakeshore is in close proximity.
Guest access
Access to the unit is through the private entrance on the left side of the house. There is a keypad lock—no keys to worry about!
Parking's a breeze—just give us a heads-up if you need space. Our driveway can fit up to four cars. Your comfort is our priority!

During your stay, I want you to have the utmost privacy and relaxation. You won't find me invading your space or checking on you unnecessarily. But, if you ever have questions or need assistance, I'm just a message away. Feel free to set the pace.

Other things to note
Just to let you know, this space is actually the lower guest suite of our residence. We live right upstairs and our home office is also at the main floor upstairs.. While we've invested in soundproofing the basement, you might still hear our energetic Bengal cat or the occasional footsteps and toilet flushes.
This space is near the main intersection of Royal York and Queensway. Please review your commute and accessibility to the areas of the city you intend to visit on the map before booking.
We dedicate considerable time to ensuring the space is impeccably clean. To maintain it, we have a strict no-shoes and no-smoking policy—violations may result in additional cleaning fees.
The kitchenette lacks a stove, so preparing full meals during your stay won't be possible.
For the safety of all involved, only individuals specifically listed in the booking are permitted to access and enter the unit. Visitors, such as friends coming for a quick coffee or wanting to hang out during the day, are strictly prohibited unless previously discussed and agreed upon with us. Any violations will result in immediate cancellation without a refund.
Speaking of space, the ceiling's about 80" tall (almost 7'), but there are spots with lower heights—tall friends, watch your heads and take care.
