Valet service is excellent. Disappointed in the restaurant being closed as we love a convenient drink and bite/ room service. Was told early check in was available and when we arrived 1 hour early we were told it wasnt available....upsetting but they were able to watch our luggage while we explored the area. Excellent view and room. Will return soon..

It was only a one-night stay but you couldn't beat the convenience for a downtown location. The family-suite room was spacious and clean (although a left-behind item belonging to a previous guest was still in plain sight). Staff were friendly and accommodating.

When we arrived we were told that the restaurant and bar (part of the reason we chose the hotel) were closed for renovation as of the day before. This could have been communicated to us when we made the reservation but was not - I would not have stayed here. I was very unhappy and the front desk did not seem to care one way or the other. They then told me that they had made up the sofa bed as a courtesy. ( Since I had paid the extra fee for a third person I would have thought this would be standard not something I should be thrilled about.) On our way to our room, we found that one of the two very small elevators was out of order (It remained out of order for the duration of our stay, which made the long waits in the unairconditioned hallways very unpleasant). Upon entering our room that we booked for three - a suite with a double sofa bed, we found only two sets of towels, two sets of glasses, two forks, two spoons, two cups etc. I then received an email from Hotels.com asking if we had received our 20% spa credit due to our VIP status at check-in. We had not. I emailed Hotels.com back. I did not hear back from Hotels.com and I did not hear anything from the not so courteous staff at the hotel. When we called to have our car brought up at check out they said it would be ready in 5 minutes. We went downstairs and waited for 15 min. Finally, we asked someone who looked to be the valet as the front desk man was on the phone. He had not been told. Room was run down and dirty.
