The hotel was excellent! However Hotels.com was disappointing as my reservation could not be found, I was placed on hold for 2 hours & finally when I received a callback the agent disconnected our call. We had to call the Sheraton directly & they confirmed our reservation. If that is the best hotels.com can do I can do better with other companies

The front desk put me in a room in a floor full of children having a Halloween party. Incredible noise. I'm happy they are having fun, but why would you put a solo traveller with on early flight on that floor? I had to be moved to a wuiet floor.
