Hôtel is right across from the airport so the noise from planes taking off is almost constant. The ventilation system doesn't help either. Bring your ear plugs if you want to sleep. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable so it's unfortunate that it's so noisy.

Ok place but dated, one of our TV's didn't work, they couldn't do anything about it, at the pool the jets in the hot tub don't work, restaurant was meh. Parking $30/night.

The closeness to the airport makes this hotel convenient for travellers. We stayed in an accessible room, and the features were excellent - ground floor, wide doors, walk in shower in a large bathroom with roll-under sink. The staff were very friendly. My only note would be that there is a $30 charge for parking. We were told it would be included in the room charges, and still had to pay on our way out. I’ll be connecting with the hotel if we did incur a double charge.

Watch out for additional parking fee
Average chain hotel , price was right until was charged $30 for overnight parking , that brought the price up to every other hotel in area or a little more . Clean and nice as would be expected at a Sheraton

This hotel is a fantastic choice if you have an early morning flight and need the shuttle. They are reliable and that is why it is my first choice whenever I am traveling out of Toronto.

The hotel was great, friendly staff, clean Free shuttle to airport leaves every half hour to airport My only complaint was the shuttle was full and we had to pay for a cab to get us to the airport on time Solution— have two shuttles in the morning
