Have stayed in several apartments in the Toronto area, this one was not that great. The bedrooms are very plain/bare, cheap low-grade furnishings, no extra supplies (i.e. paper towels), carpets are dirty, bathroom dirty in corners, blinds missing pieces, one of the toilets not working. Other than the view, the place has a feel of a low-budget hotel. Definitely NOT worth the price compared to other places. The other thing to note is the pre-check-in and check in process. Pre check in, they needed a pic of not only my ID, but a selfie of me holding my ID which is odd; had to ask multiple times to try and get early check-in, which shouldn't have been an issue because check out is at 11:00 and they claim they clean the place immediately after. The day we were going to arrive they agreed to an hour earlier than normal check-in of 3:00 (btw, they were there to clean a little before our 11:00 check-out, but we were leaving as they were coming in). On the way there, called 30 minutes ahead like we were told to so we could meet on time, we arrived EXACTLY on time, waited almost 20 minutes in front of a sports bar to meet our guy to get us in (had to text and call before the guy showed up and then he had to ride in the car with us (???) to show us how to get in the garage). Would not stay here again.

Towel racks would fall when you put towels on them, tub sinks were clogged and mattresses would fall through bed frame. Location was great. Owner was unkind.

Check in process was a pain. They requested the time I expected to arrive the day before arriving. I replied with between 5:30-7:30pm (check in starts at 4:00pm) On arrival date they asked me to give them 30 minutes notice before arriving. I only gave them 15 minutes and arrived at 5pm. Then I stood on a sidewalk outside a restaurant for 1 hour waiting to be escorted 1 block to the condo. I called every 15 minutes and was told their rep was on the way. It was way to long to wait. The place is decent. The location is superb!

Nice place and good location byt very dissapointing that everyone done over email or text as there was broken faucet on bathtub. Tried to communicate with the office and tell them that there is no water for 2 days and i wanted refund but was simply told nothing can be done. Will just pay the extra 50 to 100 dollars a night for the hotel next time.

This group sent me the wrong address. They promised to include a fob to get in the building (which they did not do), so I had to wait for the concierge to let me in (and she went on breaks, so I had to wait for 15 minutes). It is very noisy, located right above a freeway.

I recently stayed at this fantastic location in Toronto, and it couldn’t have been better! The proximity to key landmarks like Rogers Centre, CN Tower, Scotiabank Arena, and Union Station made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Whether you're attending a game, a concert, or just sightseeing, everything is just a short walk away. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a perfect home base after a day out in the city. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Toronto who wants to be close to the action!

Slow check-in process. It took me close to one hour to check-in. I have been waiting outside the building in the chilly night for about one hour. In addition, the room cleanses also worried me to the most. I found several dirty spots on the cover sheet of the bed.

This hotel was in walkable distance to everything. Security was excellent. Had to wait 20 minutes to be shown where to go and let into place. One toilet did not work and although we notified owner twice, no one ever did show up to fix it. Furniture is out dated and needed to be replaced. Needs a thorough cleaning too. Floors dirty. Would only provide one key unless we paid another $75. They kept our security deposit for almost a month and after 2 calls even though it was advertised it would be refunded within 7 days after stay.

My checkin experience was terrible! I was told to text 30 minutes prior to my arrival which I did and they responded by saying that no one would be able to meet me to check me in and told me to go to a lockbox attached to a bench. It took a while to find this bench, only to find about 30 lock boxes attached to a cable. Once in the unit i found the parking fob which did not work, security had to buzz me into the garage. The unit fob did not work so I did not have access to the parking garage elevators and was unable to exit the garage with my luggage. Tried calling security but no one came. There were no instructions regarding where to leave the key upon checkout, I had to contact GlobalStay. The condo, area etc. were great but this horrible experience is not one I would want to repeat!!
