The place was amazing. The check-in procedure was difficult and confusing. Be sure to read all of the fine print, as you'll need to pre-arrange a security deposit off-site, and send photo ID before they send check-in instructions. The location is perfect to experience downtown Toronto at it's finest.

Staff were quick to respond to my email inquiries. Building is very safe. Only complaint is that we only had one room key for 8 people. To be fair we didn’t ask if it was possible to get a second key so that’s on us.

Great location! The bedrooms were a good size, and it was convenient to have a kitchen with a large fridge and dishwasher. The balcony was a great place to sit for a bit and the building was very accessible and felt safe.

Good value & location. Property itself could use some TLC. Linens were mismatched, walls scuffed, couple holes in the walls, blinds falling off etc. Note this is a condo being run as a hotel, not an actual hotel, so there is no concierge or front desk staff. Key must be picked up from a lockbox around the corner. Unit was not particularly clean. Great gym & building amenities.
