Hotel is huge. Hard to find where to check in. Room was fantastic with great views of the racetrack. Not kid friendly however, all restaurants are inside the casino.

Nice new hotel with nice clean rooms . Friendly staff. Only problem was they were short of cleaning staff so my room was only done on the third day !! I asked why and they took care of it immediately!!

Loved the fact there's free parking at this hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. It appears some of the kinks are still being worked out (had to wait for a few minutes for staff to come out and check in me and a couple of other guests, and the lobby coffee shop was late opening on the morning of my departure. But, staff were friendly and I'm already looking forward to going back.

Too much distance between parking, hotel and casino. No casual restaurants, just high end or quick food. And those were at the far end of the casino.

Disappointed with the check in experience. The front desk staff that checked us in made several disapproving comments about the fact that we had gotten such a low rate through Expedia. I then had an accident in the hotel due to unsafe conditions. Reported it and have had no follow up from the hotel at all.

Such a great hotel and affordable! 4 stars because it was difficult at times to get a hold of front desk/housekeeping through the phone (being on hold for a little while) but other than that, very friendly staff, clean and a great vibe! Would definitely book again
