Clean and spacious king room. The front desk was very helpful and kindly answered all of my questions. They even gave me suggestions on how to go into Toronto so I would avoid the construction traffic.

Found someone else's used underwear underneath the luggage rack in the closet area, asked for extra pillows and were limited to 2 even though 4 guests, and staff were not friendly, asked for a late checkout and they said they dont offer that there but gave to my friend who was there with me in a different room. Didnt clean our room and when asked they said no one available and will just send up clean towels. low amount of shampoo, conditioner for 4 people for 2 nights.
