First Horrible Experience at Hilton
Two things: Toilet wasn’t working for two days. They didn’t do anything or offer another room. I complained and requested some credit when I checked out but manager never contacted me. Second, they withheld my money on two different credit cards, The one used for booking & the one presented on check in.

Reserved two rooms. One has smell in bathroom . The other one had toilet lever for flushing was not working. I had to literally take the toilet tank cover lift and pull the chain to have the toilet flushed. We were visiting there because of a funeral and came to hotel around 1 am to checkin and were too tired to complain to front desk. This is something very basic to make sure is in order before making the room available to stay
