This is an excellent airport hotel. My wife and I have stayed here many times; usually after a long haul flight to Toronto from Europe. We often make use of the "Onestop parking" facility at the hotel on our outbound journey (usually the cheapest option!) so that our car is safe for several days whilst we're away and conveniently located at the hotel right after our overnight stay on our return. The hotel shuttle to YYZ is very good too!

Hotel was nice and quiet. Great pool. Getting out of the parking lot was a challenge a few times. Would have appreciated more options in the grab and go food area for a quick breakfast. There wasn't even juice and would have been nice to have maybe a muffin choice or two, instead of just pastries. But out of everything, it was a really nice stay with comfortable beds and nicely renovated rooms.

Hot tub Whirlpool wasn't working. Also they say they have " room service " but as we asked about that they said they haven't offered that since COVID ( then why is it listed as a feature still? ) bar/restaurant was good but way over priced and the staff seemed super angry and mad at life/everyone

The room I was given had a toxic / mildew/ mold smell. I noticed it immediately upon entering and got a headache within minutes. I asked for a new room and graciously was given one with ease. This room was better than the first, although I could still sense the smell of mildew. I also visited the fitness room and it as well was toxic smelling with mold. I could not stay more than 15 minutes. Restaurant service was delightful, yet food was mediocre at best. will not be staying at this hotel again.
