Be aware that there are no double queen rooms in this hotel. Booked double queens and they only have a single king. This property is perfectly located close to Scotiabank arena, hockey hall of fame, St. Laurence market, and yonge-dundas square. I definitely recommend this hotel.

My room was located near the elevator shaft so I had very little sleep. Not even a water bottle in the room to even purchase

Nice place for the price! Two free drinks and excellent diner type brunch for a King room= $165 inc tax and my 40$ Ex dollars. Great service. Bartender absent so newbie running things so together we Googled recipes :-) Room not working and no one answering at front desk…btw Ice machine is in the basement. Very convenient location to King Subway or street car. Avoid booking yonge St facing room and esp “x01” rooms as the elevator shaft will make up ab 1/4 of your room. Area super noisy esp with construction across the road. AC unit vented to outside which lets noise straight through. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms were very nice for an older hotel. Staff were super friendly. Only issue was the elevator was not working (there is only one) when I arrived and my room was on the 5th floor.

It was a nice hotel. Older and not upgraded but clean and everyone was friendly. The street below was very loud and the windows weren’t completely covered so light came in easily.

The room was so poorly appointed. Not one chair and the "closet" was a wire strung across a corner with 3 cheap hangers. Walls are paper thin and the "party" coming off the elevator @midnight was loud for sometime. Oh, and the bathroom towel were so very thin and threadbare it was difficult to get dry

Room was clean. A bit small. The shower was just big enough for just one person probably 3x3 and the beds were individual. Food was nothing to write home about a but bland

I really like this hotel. It’s well located within a few blocks of union station, is small/boutique with a cool community vibe. Very comfortable bed with decent size rooms considering how small some historic properties are.
