When I booked this hotel, I did so because I would receive free parking when booking due to being a hotels.com Silver tier person. I was not aware that this hotel was a massive high rise with a fancy lobby and a ton of amenities. Hotels.com really screwed up that parking promise because the hotel didn’t have any clue about free parking when I checked in and I had to use precious time on my vacation to fight with Hotels.com about it and call the hotel and get it straightened out. So hotels.com really dropped the ball. Hotel X ended up getting the message about the free parking and it was super easy to get in and out of the parking garage with a QR code they sent to my email. The hotel is right next to the site of the CNE (a huge fair before school starts every year) and even so, we were able to get in to park easily and the hotel didn’t seem too crazy even with the surroundings being a little bit chaotic. The rooftop bar is amazing at sunset and the drinks and food are delicious. I’m obsessed with the amenities in the bathroom as well as the robe and slippers. When I booked this hotel I didn't have any idea how fancy and high quality it would be. It was a great surprise!

We had an amazing time at Hotel X not only was the property beautiful but the amenities they offered exceeded our expectations. The staff at the front desk as well as the staff at the car service, pool and restaurants on the property were kind, inviting and extremely helpful. We will be back!

I have booked a stay with Expedia on Sunday/Monday. I dont know where to start, this was by far the worst experience at a 5 star hotel. 1- It was SO HARD to get there, noone told us the roads are gonna be closed, it was too busy, we couldnt get there on time. 2- Waited more than 20 minutes for check-in, Maurice was super nice though on check in, he apologized for making us wait so long and offered us an upgrade. 3- No pool slots available on the day we came in, really?? If I knew I wouldnt have booked at hotel X, I picked this hotel because I wanted the pool. 4- Room Service didnt pick up so I had to go down find the concierge and ask him to ask them to pick up the phone. It was horrible! 5- This was the worst of all: Woke up in the morning to the sun in my eyes because one full curtain was missing!! (I have pictures). Am I in a 5 star hotel? I had horrible sleep because of the curtain! 6- Next day on the pool, I have booked for 2 people when I got there, there was no 2 chairs available, only 1. Another couple offered us their chair because their kid was in the pool, so nice of them! But I'm paying for this, why be put in such situation? 7- Got my period on the Monday, ran to the bathroom, there is no tampons in the bathrooms? What kind of 5 star hotel doesnt have tampons? Again, I had to ask and wait for tampons. 8- I used the express checkout on the TV, when I finished checking out, it stated that I will receive an email. No email was received.

Room was booked for the purpose of lake view. Paid so much for a room to get no views. If I wanted the basic room , would’ve selected the other room options that were available. Also, there was no microwave in the room. No complimentary drinks for a supposed 5 star.

One of the nicer hotels in Toronto. Very clean. Lots of parking on site and it's very easy to get to. It's in the perfect location if you're visitng BMO Field, Budweiser Stage, or the CNE and don't want to venture right into downtown Toronto. We will definitely stay there again.
