1. Quiet hours: 11 PM to 7 AM (neighbors are on both sides of the property).
2. No smoking inside the house: Smoking is allowed only in the front yard. This includes cigarettes, cannabis, marijuana, or any other substances.
3. Toilet use: Only use the toilet for pee, poo, and water. No other items should be flushed to prevent pipe blockages and potential sewage backups.
4. Garbage separation:
Green bin: Food waste, pizza boxes, tissue.
Blue bin: Bottles, cans, paper, cardboard, plastic containers.
Black bin: Other household trash.
Garbage pickup is bi-weekly. Please ensure bins are out on collection day.
5. Handle furniture with care: Be gentle with the sofa and other furniture.
6. Firepit in the front yard: Supervision is required at all times if the firepit is used.
7. Snow removal: It is the guest's responsibility to clear the snow from the sidewalk during the winter months to ensure safety for all.
8. Portable Air Conditioner (Summer Months):
Please dispose of the water collected in the portable air conditioner located in the 3rd-floor room. Ensure the drainage is properly managed to avoid overflow and potential damage to the floor.
