Not a review. Just feedback: 1. After doing “on-line” check-in, I should have been given a link to download a parking permit to print out. The idea of not getting the pass until physically appearing at the desk, and being expected to go back to the car, is simply not appropriate. 2. The mattress was much too soft!

Came to town for the Eras Tour. We had an amazing Taylor Swift experience at the Hyatt. We even had an early check-in so that we could get ready and unwind in our room before the concert. Excellent service, would book again.

Our booking stated that we’d have a king bed and pullout couch, but there was no couch in the room. Would have been a tight fit for three of us!! Other than that, our stay was lovely!

The staff were kind and helpful. We loved the on-site restaurant and Starbucks access. The room was a decent size and well-equipped. The online check-in and check-out were convenient and fast, and our request for early check-in was granted with ease. I wasn't a fan of the Hyatt app, it didn't sync with my reservation unfortunately, but that is a corporate issue and nothing to do with the hotel. We were a quick and easy walk to Rogers centre and Union station, and were provided with a map upon arrival. I would stay here again for sure!
