Great Location
Great central location for Scotiabank Arena, Union Station, St. Lawrence Market, Harborfront, and Toronto Island Ferry. Delivery apps in minutes for all kinds of food, from Chinatown to PATH food courts. Only complaint is a bit of a dusty HVAC System. Otherwise the perfect, spacious and fun DT Toronto condo.

Great location! Appliances (fridge,stove, washer, dryer are clean and conveniently located in the condo). For the value it is a good deal. Could use a paint job and could use a better cleaning service. Patrons are NOT allowed to use the pool or the gym area. Only condo owners are allowed. The add for this condo needs to change to reflect this reality.
