We stayed 2 nights for a wedding at the Toronto Golf Course. It was super convenient. Thai was always quick to answer communications. The place was very clean and comfortable.

Host Thai met us at the location giving us a short tour and explained all the details for our stay, restaurant suggestions etc. we stayed one night only to organize for the wedding to be held in Barrie and we cannot wait to return in 2 days for one more final night I would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning again and again!

This is the second time we've stayed here. The place is very clean, spacious, well appointed and in a great neighborhood. Fabulous rental near Toronto
My husband and I as well as our 17 lb Aussiedoodle stayed in this very classy, completely furnished rental for 4 days. It was an amazing experience from all the appliances available, modern bathrooms and spacious living area. Lovely basement apartment
Very spacious, modern and clean apartment. Very comfy beds. Modern kitchen and washroom/showers. A bit noisy upstairs occasionally but not a huge issue. A large closed in backyard that our dog Lou could play fetch in. Thai is lovely host and very accommodating. Enjoyed our stay and have already recommended to fellow colleagues.

Thai and his daughters were very welcoming to our family, helping us with our bags on arrival and providing recommendations during our stay. The basement space was extremely clean, sizable, and modern. It is in a nice, quiet location and close to Toronto and Niagara. I would certainly stay again on my next trip to the Toronto area.

Beautiful Modern Delight
I was absolutely amazed with the property and the family that lived there. They greeted us when we arrived and showed us everything, they had instructions for how to use everything in the house. Even laminated guides on where to shop and find food. The house was Immaculate. I will define book this again.
