Loved the ladies at morning breakfast. Great energy and great service. Unfortunate that they had to deal with a (decently dressed) vagrant who helped herself to a full bfast before making a scene and leaving without paying. Point is, 1) How do you prevent this in the future and 2) the staff handled it as well as anyone could, trying very hard not to disrupt other guests. Otherwise, the hotel was a great choice for us!

Check in was very stressful, reception staff were not helpful, I booked 2 queen size bed room , when I arrived, was told only a king bed room available. They gave me hard time to get the room I booked. Bad customer service. Will never stay there again.

Hotel located in a great location, walkable to most central areas of Toronto, very close to Train station, nice restaurants & bars literally facing the hotel! Only a couple of slight complaints the shower in our room had a significant amount of black mould, and the room was quite dark due to small window.

I liked my location. I parked my car in the garage and walked most days to everywhere I wanted to go to. My room was clean. They had a parking garage which was amazing because I had such a hard time finding parking throughout Toronto. The staff was friendly.

Decent location. Room amenities very basic with paper coffee cups and cheap coffer maker. No bar soap or lotion. Two small drawers. Chose because allowed pets. Otherwise won’t recommend. The Indian restaurant across the street was outstanding.
