Overall, our stay was good. The unit was VERY clean and centrally located. A couple of things to note however...the unit is not great for more than 4 ppl. When the sofabed in the living room is folded out, there is virtually no room to move around it. The 2nd bedroom is quite small for the size of bed in the room. Very tight. The location of the building itself is not terrible, but its not great....lots of homeless people milling around outside the building and the neighbouring area. And the cupboard doors in the kitchen and bathrooms leave a bit to be desired....they don't line up or close properly. Looks like they just need to be tightened or adjusted. Water pressure in the showers was great. Laundry worked well...all in all, a good stay.

We stayed for 4 days as family. We had a nice experienced. Walkable to subway stations, food, coffee, free wifi, basic requirements is available. Easy to communicate with the owner, helpful and accomodating. ops, friendly neighbours. It has also security fot added protection. Worth the stay, we will definitely use the house on our next visit to Toronto.

I found our stay great! Easily accessible, very responsive in communicating and very accommodating, perfect for a trip downtown without any hassle! Building feels safe as your key fob only works for your floor, can have anything delivered and picked up on another floor, and for the price it’s much better then a single room at a hotel!
