Shower didn’t have hot water. The door knob in the hallway broke and we had to go around. I go to this hotel often but I don’t know why all these happened in one night

Spider webs in the rooms and the staff was racists towards white people. I stayed there with my young daughter. I was on a medical trip and we were treated very poorly for no reason at all.

Approached front staff about faulty washroom wall plug in which was not working after the first night. Front staff said they will look into it but never did. I had to use the living room plug in which was very inconvenient. The front staff never got back to me or offer an alternative .
