Short Stay
Hi, we arrived at the property for a family funeral and the area was wonderful. It would have been great to stay longer and enjoy the surrounding neighborhood. We didn't get the information on how to get into the house so needed to call the owner for the information. There were parts of the house that were not clean, there was some kind of oil that surrounded the garbage can in the kitchen. The bedrooms were plentiful and were a perfect number for a large group. The beds themselves were not very comfortable. The information booklet said there was fish food below the sink for the fish in the pond but we couldn't find any and the table umbrella was in the pond so we fished it out. There wasn't soap in all of the bathrooms. The property has great potential and with a bit more attention to detail, it could really be an attraction. The area was beautiful and the neighborhood was really cute.

Comfy house
We got the house late at night. Quiet neighborhood. Driveway parking was great. Easy to get in. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. We were 8 and we all had plenty of room. It was all very clean. Washer/dryer were a plus. We did not use the kitchen but it seemed well equipped. We walked to dinner one night. 10-15 min walk. Great food. Safe area. Would definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival driving into the property lawn was unkept, large broken branch on lawn garbage strewn about the driveway with lots of party stuff. Entering the house it was it was not cleaned. Dirty sink and crumbs and leaves on the counter sticky floors. Going into the bedroom there was only a bottom sheet on the bed. Top sheets were in the closes we felt we had to wash the bedding. Basement was musty and damp and not comfortable. We had to buy cleaning supplies as there was nothing there. Property manager was responsive but owner was not. Asked for compensation for our time to clean and got no response.
