An unexpected surprise at the quality Inn
Every thing was okay except the bathroom was inna terrible shape. The new wall tiles were great but the bathtub had peeling paint - the corner of the bathroom had mold and the bathtub plug was broken. One of our body towels has a big yellow stain on it. I asked for a room Change but the room they wanted me to switch to smelled like cigarettes. The staff upfront gave me a hard to about my issue and didn't really listen to my complainted and I had to explain myself several times.

There is no one to help you to take your luggage from your room to the reception, I had 5 luggages with me and I had to do everything by myself. When I asked for help they said you can take that trolly and use that.
