The main reason we chose this property was because it had a shuttle from the airport. I phoned and emailed the hotel to verify that the shuttle ran every 45 minutes. We waited 45 minutes, only to see the shuttle slow down and pull away without allowing time for anyone to board. We phoned the hotel and was told a shuttle would arrive in 20-25 minutes. It arrived 45 minutes after the first one left. The next day we also wanted a shuttle from the airport and phoned our request. Again we were told 20-25 minutes, but waited 45. Would not choose this hotel again.

Property was average, rooms were average. Breakfast included in stay was good. There was a shuttle to airport included. Unfortunate that being so close to the airport with arrivals at different times of the day that they couldn’t accommodate our luggage in a place so we weren’t hauling it around for the day. No early check in.

The property was what you'd expect for what you're paying, and it was clean and the cleaning staff helpful. However, the phone in our room didn't work, and the gym was poor. I didn't expect a fully equipped fitness centre, but there was no AC, and the lone treadmill didn't work properly.

My only critique would be the one way to go up and down levels, if your on the far side, you have to walk a bit. Everything else was great!

The whole purpose in staying at this hotel was the 24/7 service. I booked and arrived only to learn the shuttle wasn’t running when I needed to go. I ended up having to shell out $25 for an Uber. The rooms were also so hot. I might have mentioned something but the check in staff were kinda rude. Not happy at all!
