The property isn’t made to be rented. They don’t care about how you’re doing or doing anything to help when there is a problem. My key fob stopped working after the first night and the front desk told us what was going on and they wouldn’t do anything about it and our stuff was not obtainable. When I called they said please deal with it and it will be fixed the next day, and said the same thing the next day, and the next day. It got so annoying and bad we cut our trip early and have not heard anything about reimbursement after asking multiple times.

A lot of extra hassles for a slightly lower price...may be. But probably not worth it. This site has a lot of check in problems. It's really not customer friendly. Buyer beware.

It was a great suite other than the microwave, and dishwasher being broken, and that I found the bath towels in the dryer still. if you're from the States make sure you inform your bank or credit card company that you will be traveling. My card wouldn't let me pay the refundable deposit. Thankfully the company was able to send someone to get cash. Hopefully I get refunded

Very good service and communication. Easy booking and check in. Walkable from Toronto City Airport. Only took me 20 mins. Never had to taxi anywhere. Was in for the Jays games so it was super close. Lots of good eating and bars close by. Will be booking for future travels as well.

Space is great, registration unclear
The condo itself was very nice. The check-in process isn't clear. You need to register ahead of time. Answer the emails asking you to fill out the form a few hours before you're supposed to arrive and you won't have a problem. Best to keep in mind this isn't a hotel, it is a residence building the security/concierege can't help you.

Went in early and paid fee for early sign in, we had to recontact the host to find the room, once found the room wasnt ready till normal check in time. Stated that we'd have a later check out instead of a refund. Then received an email saying cleaning people will be there and wait for you to leave on the original check out time or a late fee will be applied.

This unit is situated just across from the CN Tower, close to everything. Great restaurants around many option. Hence why we didn’t completely cancelled this reservation. One thing to mentioned and very important is that this unit does not have access to the pool which was a big drawback since we got this unit for the pool. Had a few hiccups, the place didn’t received the email confirmation and then had to wait an hour after checkin for the key to the unit, as for parking we ended up parking beside the place since it was a nightmare to even try and park and of course the disappointment of no access to the pool.

The checkin process took almost 2hrs. Took an hour to receive check in instructions that I had to call three times to receive. Once received, the unit was not ready for 4pm checkin. We were also not the only ones going through the same issues. Once everything was finally figured out and we got into our unit, everything was fine. Unit was clean, and the view from the 35th floor was gorgeous. Location is perfect and walking distance to Scotia bank centre, Roger’s centre, the aquarium and CN Tower. Unfortunately with the start of our stay starting with such a mess, I would not stay there again.

The only great thing about this property is that the location is great. The check-in procedure was confusing. The individuals at the check-in are security are not affiliated with the company, so if you have any questions regarding the room or booking, they would not be able to I had an issue with the light over the bed; the light would not turn off, and the light switch was broken. I called them around 6 times. Each time, they would inform me that maintenance would come sometime after 11 am and that they would call me when they arrived. Not once was I given a specific time and not once was I called to inform me that maintenance could look at the light. I would spend hours waiting for a call and response regarding this issue, but they do not care. I also came home one day to find that there had been an annual fan coil service (courtesy of a note on the floor). Whilst I am not upset that this occurred, it is the fact that they left a VERY dirty filter in my room. When I called the number once again, they were confused and asked me to call back later. There is no communication or care towards the customers. I felt disregarded and uncared for the entirety of my visit at this hotel. I would also like to state that this room was advertised as free cancellation. However, when I looked to cancel the booking, I found out that the room had cancellation costs that were not advertised. I was also unaware that upon booking there was an initial downpayment that was not advertised.

Poor maintenance; from the the curtains needing replacing, to the shower head, showe lights, grout on the shower door and floor to make a few. There was so much grout around the laundry machine basin, using it to wash anything would be silly. I was in 1014 Communication was absolutely excessive and unnecessary! Same messages on text, email and WhatsApp! If responses aren’t immediate, you get called! It’s a hotel/suite booked meant for relaxing.. it’s not that serious. If someone has paid for a room, leave them alone and if they haven’t, leave them alone!

Do not book here. Not as advertised, there is no one actually working to check you in it was only building security. Terrible communication, elevators took at least 15 minutes to go up and a massive lineup. AC was not working, no one told us we had to ask. Ended up leaving and going to a different hotel.

Lovely downtown apartment
Lovely apartment in downtown. Some amenities in the kitchen and laundry cupboard that are useful for a short stay. You may need to contact the agent on their WhatsApp number for check-in details, but there is security in the ground floor lobby who deal with providing keys for the apartments, which seems to be 24/7.

The property itself was great. Excellent location, very clean, etc. The communication re: process for parking, check in etc., was very poor. Once we got through the headaches caused by that the rest of the stay was great!
