My husband and I have never been to Toronto and were Celebrating our First anniversary. The staff surprised us with a beautiful gift to welcome us and acknowledge our special day. I was a little upset upon check in due to travel in and the front desk agent was so pleasant and kind I really appreciate that. He was friendly and patient so thank you for that. Only thing is the parking was a bit expensive and no additional options on property. But other than that we had a wonderful stay. Hotel was clean and everyone was very nice and accommodating. Location was perfect and safe. ♥️

Highly recommend staying here!
We came to Toronto to see Taylor Swift and decided to stay here for 6 nights. It was very comfortable, clean, and all the staff members were very friendly. The hotel also served breakfast, it was good and the coffee was delicious. Would recommend staying here.

When I booked I asked for an earlier check in so my children could get ready for the Taylor Swift concert, Instead the hotel was 30 minutes late getting my room ready I had a late check in @ 430 p.m. I was also told they upgraded my room but that was a lie.
