Spotlessly clean, great communication, acceptable
Two things were outstanding to us: the cleanliness of the apartment. It was spotless. The other was the communication of the RivetStay team. They were prompt, helpful, professional, and courteous. The neighborhood was ok, not great. It was on the edge of a less desirable neighborhood. I didn't feel safe going out on my own for an early morning run. Also, next time I'd prefer something more central. I should have paid more attention to location before booking. The apartment itself was fine, mostly as expected. The kitchen was well-equipped for the little bit of cooking we did. Two negatives: first, the description said a fitness center/gym was available. It was not. When I asked about it I was told it's only for use by permanent residents. The second, though beyond the control of the management, is that apartment itself is cheaply built. It was fine for us and our needs for a two-night stay. All in all, an acceptable stay.

The room and amenities were excellent very clean and all the furniture and fixtures are very up-to-date. Beds were very comfortable close proximity to lots of attractions about a 5 to 10 minute walk from Yonge Dundas Square and about 35 minutes to the CN Tower walking very pleased with this place and would recommend it. Only downside was outside of the hotel on the street level was some homelessness near the hotel… I guess that’s everywhere though

Great location, not too far from Dundas square and Dundas Station to be able to take the TTC Downtown, ect. Great communiaction with building staff. Would recommend and stay again.

A good place to stay in Toronto
The apartment was clean and convenient for walking around in the CBD area. It is close to supermarkets and fast food outlets. The condition of the apartment is fairly good.
