This property was centrally located. Walking distance to the downtown area. Apartment was very clean but way smaller than it looked in the pictures. My family of five were pretty crammed in. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and pans for cooking which was a plus. Overall a good stay.

Have a nice location and detailed explanation for checking-in was provided. However, the room was not cleaned enough, there was a towels hanging in the wall and bedroom which the previous guest used. Contacted the manager and they cleaned it up next day

The flat itself is very nice and well maintained. Everywhere was clean and it was fully stocked with utensils, linen, etc. There was a blackout for a little bit during my stay and it was easy to contact the hosts and get updates. The area is in downtown (Garden District) so there's good connectivity to places / transport links, and the Eaton Mall is a 7 min walk or so from the building. There's also some food spots and a Metro (grocery store) nearby, so it's a very convenient location. Because the flat's downtown, I did feel a bit unsafe as a woman walking around solo because there are quite a bit of people under the influence milling about, so that's something to watch out for. I could also clearly hear sirens and loud traffic (e.g. motorcycles revving) from inside the flat. I luckily had ear plugs with me but if you don't and you're not a deep sleeper, you'll definitely struggle to sleep a bit

The apartment was cozy and had an interesting layout. The negative was that the air conditioning was not working, it just blew out warm air. We stayed in TO during a heat wave so it wasn't a fun experience. It was hotter in the apartment than the outside We all had the same experience of waking up sweating in the middle of the night because it was so hot. We contacted the property manager but we couldn't connect with each other and kept missing each other's phone calls. When we checked in, first thing we had to do spend some time trying to find and catch four house flies that were buzzing around the apartment. We were a party of four but I can't imagine six adults in the apartment, it'll be too tight. The air conditioning problem aside, it was still a decent place to stay. Conveniently located.

I stayed with my two friends at this location and it had a very beautiful view. 8 minute walk away from Dundas Square, very accessible to TTC. The condo was very clean and spacious enough for 3 separate people. Came with basic necessities like towels, dishes, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, washing machines, TV, HVAC. Parking is available in the basement of the building if ever you need to find parking for your car. Property manager is very kind and is quick with communications. Definitely a very good stay for people who want to explore the core city and enjoy the night life.

It has wonderful view of the city. I personally don’t think it sleeps 6, it should only sleep max 4, the place is smaller then it looks. We got there and the foldout couch was broken. They did refund me some money for that, but it should have been more than it was, for the amount of time we stayed there. We tried to cook with the oven and everytime we did the smoke alarm went off. Will I stay there again probably not, because it’s to small and needs to be upgraded better.
