Great apartment in a centrally located condo building. Close to CN tower, Rogers center Scotiabank arena. Plenty of dining options nearby.

The building itself is beautiful and well taken care of. However, the multiple building connections and doors that lead to other condos is a little confusing, and the access to the parking garage from the building was a nightmare (multiple condos with their own garage access that gets extremely confusing). The elevator situation getting to the low rise versus the high rise was also a nightmare. The apartment itself, however, was stunning. Clean, beautiful view of the city through its floor to ceiling windows, washer and dryer in the unit, and balcony (balcony could’ve used some cleaning and furniture for use though). The hosts for this unit were wonderful and easily accessible for round the clock communication in case we needed anything (which we didn’t because they gave us thorough and easy to understand instructions from the start). Super easy check in and check out process!

Laundry detergent was not equipped. We texted the property and asked them to provide, however it was not delivered during our 3 night stay. They were reachable and responsive by text, but NOT RESPONSIBLE. A queen bed is too small for 2 adults and 1 infant. Overall - not bad not good.. super convenient location, though..

I was so excited to stay at the Rivet Stays for a concert at the Roger’s Arena as it was a very close walk. The address on google maps brought me to the wrong building, we were able to find parking close by but then it was a walking mission to locate the actual building we were staying in. When arriving at the building we were told to look for a key box, we found said key box but the code i was given to get my key did not work. Infact the key that was supposed to be in the lock box was not even there, there is no front desk so calling and emailing and texting the number i was given in the email i finally got through about an hour later. The room was very nice, small but perfect for a night stay. I did not like the inconsistent instructions given about the keys location as well as trying to get help to find said key. Very stressful!!!

The apartment was clean and the beds were very comfortable and it’s conveniently located to Rogers Centre. The problem I had was the check in. The people I dealt with over text were very courteous but the process was convoluted. I had to email my ID info to the hotel and provide a deposit I’m using an online link in order to get the check in instructions. The system they use to get keys didn’t work for me at first — luckily there happened to be someone who seemed to work there when I went and he was able to help me. However, when I pointed out that the keys didn’t include the garage door opener he told me they weren’t supposed to have sold that parking spot. I was still able to park there but had to ring the parking attendant for access. Also, you only receive one fob and set of keys and for a two bedroom apartment you would expect a couple of sets.

Excellent location, place was clean upon arrival. Please note there is a sort of “check in” with the front desk upon arrival. You fill out a form and sign to agree to rules and regulations. His was not mentioned but not a big deal. Very secure building. Would definitely recommend!! Will be booking again here.
