Just had a quick stay but property and staff were really nice. Area was nice with lots of food spots.Bed was good and there was curtain for privacy. There was one homeless dude outside for a bit shouting but not the hostels fault.

It was such good value for money. There was a streetcar and bus stop right outside the hostel and was only a 10-15min walk to the metro. There was an abundance of affordable food options within a 5min walk, as well as a 24 hour convenience store. The staff were really friendly. Showers weren't always very clean, but it was never bad enough to bother us. The street was also quite loud at night, but it never bothered me and earplugs were provided.

I arrived early because my flight was in the morning, and the staff were super kind to let me check in early as soon as my bed was ready. The hostel is very clean, the staff are nice and friendly, they have a good system. My only suggestion would be to keep paper towels to dry hands in the bathrooms. Otherwise everything was great. The showers are clean, the bathrooms are probably cleaned more than once a day because I never found them dirty. They have towels for guests that you can pick up from the reception, and then there's a laundry basket to drop them off. The breakfast selection is also decent—coffee, oatmilk, bagels, bread, etc. They have a nice kitchen if you want to cook and lockers to store your own items. The location is very convenient, and there's a streetcar stop only a few minutes away. It was my first time in Toronto and I didn't have any trouble getting around. It's just that sometimes the street feels a little scary at night.

This stay was awesome! Staff were so friendly and accommodating and the vibe was great. Rooms were super clean and beds were comfy, I loved that they had a breakfast option as well. The hostel was VERY warm however, the room I stayed in was 24 degrees, so if that's your vibe, awesome, but I was definitely sweating while I was there. The location is amazing, super close to vintage shopping and the best tacos I've ever had in my life. I will absolutely be staying here again!

It was a great moment for me. The opportunity to stay in a hostel accommodation but I had my privacy totally, made my own meals and also had a great breakfast time with nice staff around. Walkable distance to the UofT and the CN Tower. This apartment is so good and I recommend it to anyone on budget.

For short stay
It was okay. Initially I had a shared room but another guest was extremely noisy when snoring so I asked to be changed to a private room and staff helped me. Perhaps they are not the nicer people you usually encounter working on hostal, they were not rude but diligent. The negative side is the reduced amount of washrooms per floor which is one for each gender (1 urinal + 1 toilet). Plus, I had my room beside the washroom and every time people flushed the toilet or turned on the dryer, it would trespass the wall

Might be a bit unsafe for people alone late at night. I (single female traveller) was harassed by a few people sitting outside/ on the street but not threatened or anything. Otherwise, really cool and central location and nice and clean, good operation systems in place and I would stay there again.
