Great time
Having 24 convent free shuttle service to go and from go to Rodgers center was so nice. Parking fee was reasonable. Breakfast was a bit pricy but good. Only complaints was on the coffee… Beds were comfortable, pool was kept nice, exercise equipment was well kept.

We were offered a breakfast voucher for 2 adults, but we had booked the suite for 2 adults and 2 children. We were told there was no available package for all 4 of us to have free breakfast, but if we wanted to arrive before 6 am kids eat free. Why not just provide meals to all booked guests? Or none at all. And at $28 per person, you aren't getting anything more than the usual that you would get for free at a Motel 6

Bones of the hotel are fine, but the "Club Floor" (top floor) was hot, the club lounge closed, and the hotel room was hot even with with the air conditioner on maximum. The club lounge was relocated to the lobby floor and was not easily accessed.

Great location if needing the airport
We were only staying overnight en route to Boston. Our flight was late so we almost missed the kitchen but the restaurant staff were super obliging and we ordered just in time. The bar was till open so all was not lost. We caught their shuttle to the airport the next day.

The first room had a bathtub that did not drain. Brown and yellow stains on counter in bathroom. Watered down shampoo/conditioner, smelly, old dirty carpets and rooms. Got moved and the second room wasn’t much better. No shower caps. No milk for the cereal at the front desk. No thanks… Not happy with this room and stay! Do not recommend.

We had to keep asking for more towels as they weren't replaced.The younger bellman was super friendly and very nice. Didn't like that the cab drivers were like vultures and there weren't mire stores around the hotel.
